		<description><![CDATA[Insightful observation Clint, and it speaks to a larger issue that in my experience always hits a startup: the time when the founder, and his/her team realize that he/she needs to step back a little and let the experts hired for their skills take things forward. Bad hiring decisions compound the problem you wrote about, but a founder who refuses to realize that his/her expertise may be in other areas can hold a business back. Sometimes it&#039;s ego, sometimes it&#039;s just denial - nice analogy to substance abuse - but the more complicated a business gets the less likely FMFD even exists.]]></description>
